Gladdening Rock Towers

I simply love building rock towers, also known as cairns.  Cairns are typically found along hiking paths, marking a landmark or trail point.  They also exude beauty, balance and tranquility.

I build towers almost anywhere in nature where you find rocks and stones, large and small.  Interestingly enough, each geographic location will produce rock structures unique to that  location and also dependent on water movement (crashing of the waves) and soil make-up (i.e. clay or shale).  I adhere them with silicon after taking a snapshot, making sure to maintain their structural integrity and balance.  I often take creative license and get creative with the tower, for creativity sake.  I also integrate towers with gems and crystals.

I create towers for corporate and residential projects and enjoy working with communities to build a tower commemorative of their local rock and stone profile.
